TCSS is a slippery little creature. Wrestled from the minds, pencils & sketchbooks of a small few in Australia & the United States, it has been fed on a strict diet of colourful foam mowers, soulful skeg flexers (past & present) and the versatility of the humble surf craft beneath our feet.
