Beyond the White picket fence present INSIDE OUT PROJECT GALLERY 7 Bryce Street Suffolk Park NSW (south of byron) underground art exhibition in local house more than TEN confirmed artists, cinema room for short film, recycled sustainable clothing installations and functional art woodworks... BYO... some beer supplied by the lovely crew at Stone and Wood for early birds and artists, raffle on the night... and silent auction for limited addition prints from Hilton Dawe, Terezka Beck and Lisa Richmond food by Raw Extacy and music from Kyle Leniart, fingers crossed for the busy boys from a Little Provence possibly snag the kids from the Grains down from the Beachy.... I Wanna Make a Movie..or..

Makes me really want to hit up my local camera store, buy a Canon 5D, a waterhousing, put myself through 4 years of Film School, shoot shoot shoot..edit edit edit..and then maybe I could turn something out like this..

Mollusk SF

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of stepping inside a Mollusk store or 2 (or 3) then fear no more as I took some snaps for y'all.
Mollusk stands alone on the cnr of Irving and 46th Ave, an hour one way from the Mission on the Bart and Muni trains.......way down near the ocean.......way down where the sky clouds over and looks freezing cold outside yet thankfully only "sweater weather".

My friend and I hung out with the lovely chaps talking, shooting and perusing their amazing book collection before eating some mouth watering Mexican that the boys recommended.
Ahhhhh good day, good day.

there's live music, shaping and art, plus snacks and movies... sounds like the perfect Saturday arvo with the bonus that for every board sold on the day $20 will go to the Queensland Flood Relief Appeal so you can feel virtuous for that purchase... just trying to help out
