Green Cathedral Surf Swap - This Weekend

It's On! The Green Cathedral Surf Swap (Woolongong Art Gallery).

The inaugural Green Cathedral Surf Swap kicks off this Saturday. The one and only Damo Fuller (Board Collector) & Simon Perini have curated an epic list of brands, boards and artists to get involved.

Come on down to Woolongong City Art Gallery for;

- Free entry

- Outdoor swap meet of pre-1990 surfboards being bought and sold

- Lecture by Geoff Carter of Surfreasearch.com.au

Design Your Own Boardshort - Bespoke Aloha Goods

We've partnered up with Glue Stores in Australia to offer Bespoke Aloha Goods, our custom boardshort concept.

Choose from 6 fabrics, 3 drawcord colours and 4 patches.

Examples of designs are shown below. We use the 50|50 block from the 'Sea, Sex & Sun' boardshort that took out the Stab Magazine boardshort competition and sit with you and go through your design.

TCSS x Penny Flick

A couple of months ago we linked up with filmmaker Dustin Miller, the man behind such films as 'Slow Dance' to shoot a lil piece to showcase our collaboration nickel skateboard with Penny. The 2 minute piece, shot on 16mm features Pama Davies pushing his way from East side to the North side in search of waves.

Good Vibes 2013

The good guys at Drifter, Bali are hosting the 3rd "relatively annual" Good Vibes single fin surfing event at Tugu tomorrow. Wish we could join the fun but for those of you in the area here's the lowdown from Jake:

Boards will be provided by Jake on the day. Entrance/registration fee is 350000 rp. You get a grab bag containing a t- shirt, wax, surf yogis surf screen and one or two other cool items.

If you want to bring a board please do as a talking point and as an example of a classic single fin from back in the day the scoring criterium is what was used at all the OM BALI PRO'S.

Each and every finalist will win a board! and the Winner will get a custom Hot Butter from Terry the Sultan of speed himself. Registration kicks off 7:30am.
