Hot Dogs and Pine Logs
Presented by the Peninsula Surfriders Club
Saturday 31st July 12noon till 4pm.
Shoreham Beach, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

Side Slippin is all about experimentation and expressionism on shred sleds and having fun with friends. Bring your logs, alaias, quads and twinnies down for an afternoon of surf style and a BBQ on the beach.

The expression session will run for approx 2 hours as fellow surfers ride shred craft along the long peeling western port waves with tunes grooving from the beach and dudes hooting on the reef.

After the session there's a hot BBQ and a peer vote for the raddest move, best overall performance and most stoked, among other awards, with a bunch of cool sponsors product up for grabs!

This event is aimed at promoting experimentation and mind-blowing expressionism with friends.

Its not about banging out the biggest turn, its about looking good doing it Napalm Pearse, Side Slippin Shaper.

Its not a surf contest, its a surf event,, revolutionary by today's standards. Side Slippins developed to award the most stylish slider riding a range of boards on the day, judged by peers and good vibes guaranteed Robbie Warden, Event Coordinator.

Check-in at 12 noon with your quiver of shred-sleds, compare, chat and hang out for the 1pm paddle out at either Atlas or Little Noosa.

Hype and get psyched! Send a photo of some expressionism noting the Who, What and Where and we'll post it on the blog, with crowd favorite to score a sweet sponsors prize on the day.
