The Critical Slide Society got some hoots the other night at the Zinematic Surf Film festival here in Zarautz in the Basque Country. Ice cold San Miguel, a warm summer night, a gorgeous sunset right on the beach, family & friends. Good times! A special thanks to our amigos muy bueno at Muskaria surf shop for their warm hospitality.

TCSS is a slippery little creature. Wrestled from the minds, pencils & sketchbooks of a small few in Australia & the United States, it has been fed on a strict diet of colourful foam mowers, soulful skeg flexers (past & present) and the versatility of the humble surf craft beneath our feet. It currently resides in the back shed, along with the wolf rider & a sewing machine, stitching tidy tees & trunks for it's owners & whoever else might be interested.
